have completed Level 1 and 2 training for Emotionally Focused Family Therapy (EFFT) as well as an externship in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT) for couples and dyads.
My approach to therapy is always a collaborative discussion between everyone involved. Although I am an expert in many types of therapy, you are the expert on yourself, your child, and your family. I place a high value on moving through therapy in a supportive and mutual manner.

I specialize in working with neurodiverse clients and their families. I conduct assessments across the lifespan and have expertise in Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Learning Disabilities, and other developmental and behavioral concerns.
I individualize the assessment process to meet the client’s and family’s needs and utilize a strengths-based approach. My goal throughout the diagnostic evaluation is to collaborate with a client’s caregivers and teachers to create a multidimensional picture of the presenting concerns, understand unique areas of challenge, and identify appropriate, effective, and feasible ways to support the client. I strive for each client and family to end the evaluation process with a clear and thorough understanding of diagnoses and individualized next steps.
I also provide individual and family therapy. I utilize a range of evidence-based approaches while also tailoring my treatment strategies to meet the individual and family’s current circumstances and goals for therapy.
