I am a Certified Parent-Child Interaction Therapist (PCIT). have received extensive training in Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). have completed Level 1 and 2 training for Emotionally Focused Family Therapy (EFFT) as well as an externship in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT) for couples and dyads.

My approach to therapy is always a collaborative discussion between everyone involved. Although I am an expert in many types of therapy, you are the expert on yourself, your child, and your family. I place a high value on moving through therapy in a supportive and mutual manner.
